The path to success…

I like to compare the path to success, whatever success means to you, to a hike in the forest.

Sometimes you will be surprised by how fast it went, sometimes you wonder how much longer you need to walk. Sometimes, the light of the sun can beautifully pierce through the trees, but at times the forest can also be dark and scary. Some people you will meet along the way will greet you and even start a conversation, but some others will stay quiet. If you are hiking by the coast or somewhere up high, the sceneries can be breathtaking. Sometimes you can walk the same straight trail for hours.

There are going to be times you wish you had planned better and brought that extra jumper or a few more snacks. Sometimes you will get to an intersection without knowing where to go. Sometimes you will think you are lost.

But in business, and in life in general, whenever you question yourself, whenever you are scared, whenever it seems your ideas are not good enough or whenever things look dark and uncertain, I invite you to pause for a second and remember God,

  • For the earth and everything on it belong to Him. [Psalm 24:1]

We are stewards.

Beautiful sisters, God has chosen you to control some of the beauty of this world, the beauty He created.

Open your heart. Obey. Listen. Ask. Open your mind. Be humble.

Trust, as for God has every planned for you.

The doubts and the fears in your mind and in your heart must be used to your empowerment. Don’t let them hold you back, or you will not move forward in your business. As a steward, you must believe it to achieve it.

  • Moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. [Corinthians 4:2]

What about our clients?

Remember, God will always provide you with what you need to be a good steward: your business has been blessed, God has given you and will always give you the talents, the time & the tools to serve others, as by serving others you are honouring his glory.

Our clients are treasures from God. It is now our duty to serve them. God wants you to bless individuals, the community and even the world.

  • As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace [Peter 4:10]

It is our responsibility to utilise and manage all resources God has given to us to best serve our clients. How can you best serve your clients? By constantly improving your own knowledge, by listening to their needs, by treating all of them with respect, by being responsive and available, the list is never-ending.

  • If God has been generous with you, he will expect you to serve him well. But if he has been more than generous, he will expect you to serve him even better. [Corinthians 16:2]

Can I ask for more?

If you are doing your business God’s way, God will give you more business. He is asking for you to ask!

  • When you eat or drink or do anything else, always do it to honor God [Corinthians 10:31]

This beautiful journey on earth…

Beautiful ladies, remember, we are stewards. It is so important to remain humble and understand that all belongs to the Lord.

Leave your fears & doubts behind, trust God and be the best person you can be!
