WHAT IS LASER COACHING?
Laser Coaching Sessions are 20-minute coaching sessions for quick guidance, alignment and accountability.
It is a "straight to the point" approach to working on specific challenges that you might have come across and simply need to run through with a coach for guidance you and implementation.
Guided by the fundamental principles of coaching, laser coaching uses the same techniques, competencies and ethics as the common 60 minute one on one coaching. However because of the short time frame, we are directed to focus on the challenge at hand, the limiting beliefs that might be hindering you and the solutions and action steps that we need to implement asap. The focus is on immediate actions.

HOW DOES LASER COACHING WORK?

Once you sign up to my Laser Coaching, you will have direct access to my calendar to book in your preferred coaching call.You have unlimited 20 minute coaching sessions during business hours

At the start of the session, getting clarity on the session outcomes is paramount. So, expect to define what you want to achieve from the session(s) and be asked lots of questions. The more prepared you are for our sessions the more you will get out of the call.

You will have access to an online template where you can capture the discussed action plan/outcome and then track progress.

Coaching calls can be done through ZOOM calls or phone calls, depending on what you prefer and what is appropriate at the time.(ZOOM is great for when we need to share screen)

The aim for our laser coaching session is to focus on immediate actions you can implement now to get your unstuck and moving forward

Homework will be assigned at the end of each session. These homework are to be completed BEFORE booking another coaching session - giving you high accountability
*A coaching session can be booked when the previous session's 'homework' has been completed (i.e. the action agreed to at the previous session has been completed)
